All visitors should enter through the Emerald Bay Main Gate located on the inland side of Pacific Coast Highway.
About Us
The Emerald Bay Community Association is the homeowner's association for the community of Emerald Bay. Established in 1929, Emerald Bay is a premier gated community of 538 properties spanning both sides of Pacific Coast Highway. Residents enjoy amenities that include parks, tennis, recreational programming, beach access, community events, and a volunteer fire station.
